Rachel Kent is joining our staff as a student development assistant.

Rachel Kent joined the University Scholarships & Fellowships staff on February 4, 2014. She is in her senior year at Michigan State, where she is earning a Bachelor of Arts in English. Rachel previously attended Central Michigan University, before transferring in the spring of 2013. She was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Rachel enjoys reading and writing, which has motivated her to pursue a career in publishing. Her two biggest passions are hockey, specifically the Detroit Red Wings, and dogs. (See Rachel with her Golden Retriever, Gatsby, below.) Rachel loves being a Spartan and is excited to join the University Scholarships & Fellowships staff. Go green!
